My husband and I have been patients at the Ottawa Health Group (OHG) for over 20 years. We feel strongly that regular chiropractic care is necessary for overall, ongoing health. When a particular issue affects us, our treatments are adjusted to address this issue (example: tendonitis, bursitis, etc.). The doctors and staff at OHG are simply terrific.

Ottawa Health Group has been a critical partner in my healthy active lifestyle for over 20 years. The care that I receive allows me to manage a chronic back condition so that I'm free to exercise, box, hike, travel and do pretty much whatever I want. The warmth and professionalism of the entire staff ensures that I always feel welcomed and genuinely heard when I have questions or concerns. OHG truly offers care for body and soul.

Highly recommend Jeff for massage therapy with active release therapy. By far the best and most effective RMT treatment i have ever had. Jeff targeted and focused on major problem muscles and areas, some that I was completely unaware were so tense until he got to them. He has also very good knowledge of the body and muscle structure and explains during his treatment what he is treating and why.

Dr Mark is professional friendly and compassionate. My TMJ and back pain has been greatly reduced by his treatments. Definitely recommend! The staff are all kind and friendly as well.
