Thank you for your interest in physical therapy and Pilates! I have been in love with performing, observing, and teaching body movement ever since my first gymnastics class as a young kid. I see my role as a physical therapist as one who educates the public about injury prevention, assists people in reaching their goals after injury, and guides people in improving their performance post-rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping people having positive movement experiences whether it's a toddler with motor delays, a young elite gymnast, a new mom wanting to return to sports, or someone completely new to exercise who is feeling limited because of pain. I provide services in English and Spanish.We started in 2012 with just one physical therapist in a 600 square foot space within a Volleyball gym. As of 2024, we have a team of 10 providing physical therapy, Pilates, strength training, and monthly community events.
