Lorraine O'Neill, DScPT, WCS, C/NDT Dr. O'Neill is a physical therapist and founder of O'Neill Physical Therapy Services. She received her doctorate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland. She has over 35 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy with a specialization in treating people with low back pain. Lorraine is also Board Certified in women's health physical therapy. She has advanced training in treating children and adults with neurological impairments, adults with vertigo, osteoporosis and incontinence as well as children with torticollis. Dr. O'Neill has traveled extensively nationwide teaching professional courses on urinary incontinence and osteoporosis. Lorraine has one adult son. In her spare time, she enjoys white water kayaking, roller blading, skiing, gardening, travelling and quilting.
