Beth is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and aquatic therapy. As the owner of North County Water & Sports Therapy Center it is her goal to provide quality one on one care to a variety of patients. Since graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1991 Beth has belonged to the American Physical Therapy Association and has achieved Certification and re-certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, by demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency in respect to orthopedic diagnoses. In January 2006, Beth graduated from Boston University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As a Certified STOTT Pilates™ instructor, Beth incorporates the use of Pilates basic principles and equipment into patient exercise programs to enhance their core stability and postural awareness. This method has been extremely successful in transitioning patients to a higher level of function and activity.North County Water & Sports Therapy Center provides professional, physical rehabilitation services, aquatic therapy and Pilates training to variety of patients. As musculoskeletal specialists offering up-to-date, evidence based, one-to-one treatment sessions, we are committed to facilitating the achievement of each client's individual goals. Through movement analysis, exercise prescription, manual therapy and individual instruction, we support, motivate and educate our clients towards improving their function, health and lifelong fitness.
