Aloha! Nicole Rene here. A passionate empath with a love for the human spirit. I enjoy connection, laughter, movement & have genuine gratitude for life. I am thankful for my opportunities, education, experiences and health. Health is the most important thing in anyone's life because without it we could not enjoy, obtain or feel the freedom of anything else. Mobility has become more and more important to me as a health conscious athletic person. May we all build healthy relationships with our bodies and live beyond labels we feel entrapped in. Flexibility enhances performance while reducing injury and pain. I am here to assist those who are ready and willing to help themselves. The best things in life come from living outside our comfort zones and exploring to find what we are passionate about, what promotes growth and what makes us feel amazing. ​ I offer sessions in a studio location, home visits and beach site locations to fit the need of each client.
