I started going here many years ago after receiving a gift certificate from a friend. I really enjoy the massages, especially Gina and Jenn and I also like the float therapy. Everything is very clean, professional and the staff is very pleasant and easy to reach.

I highly recommend Newton Chiropractic and wellness centre! The services they offer are outstanding, and the entire staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have been extremely pleased with every services. In particular, the SoftWave therapy has helped me tremendously with damaged tissues following a shoulder dislocation. I noticed significant improvement in my recovery. Newton Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is a wonderful place and has helped me a great deal with my healing. A little over 3 years ago, I was run over by a car while walking home on a sidewalk. I almost died. I was saved by ER Doctors at the hospital and was released after 1 month. I learned to walk, see and hear again after 2 years of continuous physical therapy and then was reissued a driving license. My Doctor recommended NC&WC and I’m so glad that she did. I’ve been coming here for the past six months and love it. My vision and hearing and balance are greatly improving still. Everyone who works here is so pleasant, kind and helpful. I have used this place in the past for salt room and floats etc. All was good. However, I bought a gift card and scheduled massages with my sister lining up times to get them done together for her birthday. They’ve called me multiple times now to reschedule dates and times. I’m a single mom and I never have time out. I work hard to get a babysitter and line my schedule up with my sisters and I graciously changed it once for them already. They offer no problem solving, no discount, nothing other than an apology and an expectation that I’ll keep being able to reschedule. Now I have a gift card that I can’t use because they can’t keep their massage therapists schedules straight. This isn’t someone calling out last minute. They’re calling me a week in advance to tell me they need to reschedule me every time. This is totally unacceptable. Will never go there again.
