Rosanne Fischer, RN, DC is a 1983 graduate of Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, MO, and is the founder of Natural Healing Centers in Union, MO. In 1976 she received an RN from St. Mary's College and a B.S. in Nursing from St. Louis University. She was the coordinator for the St. Louis State Mental Hospital Out-Patient Day Hospital Program.
