Dr. Mike is a Chiropractor focused on restoring movement to improve quality of life. He is an advocate of Health and Fitness with a passion to empower people to live to their fullest potential. He aims to motivate people to challenge their own body, educate themselves on their condition, and to move with intention. Dr. Mike Delfin, DC is the founder and CEO of Movement Chiropractic Sports Medicine. He is a Long Beach native, and was first introduced to chiropractic when he injured his own shoulder and hip. Through injury he found his passion to help others who also struggle with chronic pain on a daily basis.

At Movement Chiropractic and Sports Recovery we give the highest quality care to our patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities that are proven to enhance your ability to recover. A typical visit includes one-on-one individualized care for 60 minute sessions that include soft-tissue release techniques, chiropractic manipulations (if deemed safe and warranted) state of the art recovery technologies, and most importantly movement-based strength training and rehab. Training IS healthcare, and at Movement we believe that we need to provide a healthy amount of challenge, a great support system to cultivate learning and growth, and an environment for you to enjoy yourself throughout the process.
