Rachel D is a stay-outside mama, passionate about the healing and balance of mind/body/soul. Each session with Rachel is a truly nurturing and thorough. Holistic knowledge, a myriad of massage modalities (thai, swedish, neuromuscular, energetic, etc.) and other special intuitive practices that make each massage truly unique and custom per individual. She started her business to help tranform people's chronic pain, postures, tissue alignment and body awareness into a expansive experience where she can call upon all her knowledge and experience to harmonize, balance and flush the body. She helps overwhelm, overstressed and un-aligned bodies come back to thier true state of perfect health through her tranformative massages and intuitive sessions.Massage therapy has been my passion for 10 years. Upon moving to Pagosa it was evident I wanted to start my own studio in this healing mecca. In 2017 I opened my doors and heart to my soul clients and it has been a huge success and gift for all. My dream impact is to serve my clients my specialty in neuromuscular/total body readjustment and having the freedom of time and space to practice with the upmost focus, intention and having plenty of time to assess and make goals together so we can see healing change throughout our sessions together. Massage should be a gift that keeps giving, so my love for thorough bodywork sessions will continue to leave my customers happy, whole and ever improving.
