I first came to Mountain Air Wellness because of some aching knee pain that I couldn't get rid of, afraid that I would have to give up my yoga practice. Dr. Kat worked with me to adjust my hip and knee using Graston (amazing!) and other modalities based on my need for that particular day. We discovered some of the imbalances going on in my body that were physiological and habitual. That knowledge has empowered me to make changes in my postures, the way I perform my daily activities and how I sit at my desk for work and has allowed me to grow in my yoga practice, increasing strength and true mobility. I love this practice! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. And they take my insurance! Bonus!
