Optimal health is a journey, a process in which one must constantly remain engaged. Speaking with Dr. Molly for even a few minutes, you'll find that the foundations of life and health are what drive her. She knows that solid foundations lead to a healthy life, which in turn allows us to experience more joy. And, who doesn't want more joy in their life?
