Mind Your Body Oasis was a Wellness Center in Crystal City 2012-2025. Now myself and staff carry on the spirit of this business through Corporate Wellness Facilitation, Retreats and Curated Private Events. I’m happy to help you evolve, grow and create!We are a local, woman owned and operated business with a brick and mortal open in 2012-2025 in Crystal City. Now we do Corporate Wellness, Event Curation and concierge health and wellness coaching.
