Francine is the owner and director of Medicine Wheel Wellness and co-owns Excel Physical Therapy, the initial therapeutic services that set the foundation for Medicine Wheel Wellness. She is also the Medical Education Director of Opedix Kinetic Health Gear, a technical apparel brand sold online and on-site at MWW. Her integrative self-practice as a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Yoga Instructor coupled with a passion for travel led to her deeper studies in the healing practices of global and local cultures, eventually manifesting into the creation of Medicine Wheel Wellness. Francine knows it requires a holistic approach with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health in balance, to truly offer and attain optimal wellness. With the guidance from the Medicine Wheel and through the collaborative practitioners who offer their services within the Wheel, a holistic approach to optimal health and prevention of illness and disease can be achieved.Medicine Wheel Wellness is a holistic health and healing facility centered on optimizing human performance.
