Mainstreet Chiropractic

So I just tried Mainstreet Chiropractic because the wife goes and loves it. I have a L5/S1 disc that is pretty much destroyed... and the flair ups cause other issues from hips to neck and ribs... I need a Chiropractor that listens to me and works around my injury... the Dr did a great job everything felt way better and he did not irritate my bad Disc. On top of that he worked with me to add a few stretches and light core work to help improve muscles in Disc area. I would highly recommend trying them out.

Dr. Pacheco has been a fantastic chiropractor for my wife and me over the course of these last two years. Recently, I got pneumonia and had a rib come out of place, which was causing all kinds of muscle spasms and extreme pain, resulting in multiple urgent care visits, an ER visit, x-rays, and pain shots. I called Dr. Pacheco to cancel an appointment I had with him due to the pain I was in. Instead of canceling my appointment, Dr. Pacheco asked if I could come in that day. Reluctantly, I did. He checked my spine and immediately felt a rib out of place (something the X-rays didn't catch). He put it back in place, and instantly I felt relief and was able to take deeper breaths and get off the high-dose pain meds I had been on for three days, and did not need to go back into an urgent care for more pain shots. Dr. Pacheco really cares about his patients, and Kristina has been a huge help. She always has something fun for our kids to do when we bring them along.

I've been seeing Dr. Pacheco on and off for years, and just recently came back after a long break. The level of care he provides is outstanding, he's incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly takes the time to understand what's going on with your body. The dry needling and adjustments helped me immediately, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His clinic has a warm, family-oriented vibe that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care from someone who really knows his craft.
