소개

My name is Scotus Dunshee and I own Lotus Structural Integration. I started this business in response to my own experiences with Structural Integration and the Rolf Method. Repeated injury and overuse of my body in my Jujutsu training, work as a carpenter, and playing drums led to chronic pain and Tendonitis. I was in need of a physical therapy modality that could help me through these issues. Structural Integration was the answer that I had been looking for. I have been drawn to doing bodywork since a young age. My grandmother was an original student of Moshe Feldenkrais, the developer of the Feldenkrais method, and she shared this passion for helping people through their own pain with me. I love working with people in this way and helping someone in their process of self-awareness and self-discovery as they transform from discomfort and limit to ease and openness. I'm grateful for the gifts this work has brought to me and so many others!I started Lotus Structural Integration out of the evolution and personal journey that the Rolf Method has helped me through. From chronic injury and pain in my early twenties to now 15 years later feeling better in my body than I've ever felt. I truly believe in this work and its transformative capability to help anyone in pain, and in need of personal growth and empowerment.
