소개

Abigail's passion for alternative medicine and integrative care came from her battle with chronic pain. As a child, she experienced multiple surgeries to repair damage to her hip caused by an infection contracted shortly after birth. As a result, she dealt with many years of complex surgeries to help repair the damage. Abigail eventually found her relief from chronic pain through integrative medicine - massage therapy, acupuncture, and Western medicine. Today, Abigail, is able to manage her pain with yoga, exercise, acupuncture and massage therapy. She has learned about her body, pain, and adaptation at a very early age. By understanding the distinct reality of pain, Abigail has developed a unique sense of compassion for others. She now shares her talents as a massage therapist. Abigail's life experiences have served as guiding influences in the creation of Oné Respé for Wellness in September 2009. Her practice has since grown to incorporate Acupuncture and Holistic Nutrition.Lotus, formally One' Respe' is a collaborative community based, holistic healing centre.
