Your session begins with a consultation to review your health history and your goals for receiving massage. Throughout your session your privacy is highly respected and any input regarding the amount of pressure or what you are experiencing is encouraged. Lori will use a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. She also offers special treatments for TMJ dysfunction and sinus congestion. You will receive the full time that you pay for and receive a follow up call after your first session to assure your satisfaction and answer any questions you may have.
