Great chiropractor and staff! My husband and I have going to Dr Linn for years and always leave feeling better. He is very knowledgeable and availability is also great. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Linn for 10 years and my daughter has been seeing him for the last 3 years. I find him to be very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything to me and my daughter before doing the exam. What I love about his office is, I can typically call and get in the same day, he has even offered to stay pass closing time if I need an emergency adjustment. I will continue to refer all of my family and friends to his office.

I was referred by a co-worker for my back issue. They did get me in the same day. However, I did not sign the release of information for them to be eligible to get my health records as I informed them multiple times that I had no medical records relating to my issue. The front desk employee informed me that he (Mr. Linn) required it to be signed and informed me that he would discuss this with me when he brings me back. I sat in the waiting area and he (Mr. Linn) then called my name and we went into a room and he was holding the non signed release of medical records sheet that I did not sign and using a loud voice asked me why I did not sign this sheet. I informed him that I did not have any medical records pertaining to my issue and he proceeded to talk loudly at me about how I was in the healthcare business(as I was wearing my scrubs and yes I am a nurse) and was still refusing to sign this paper. I at that time stated that if this was an issue I could leave if her preferred. He then proceeded to tell me that my office that I work at and I quote are "a bunch of Nazi's when it comes to filling out paperwork" and again that he was disappointed that I did not sign this release due to me being in the healthcare business. He then informed me that he has privileges at the hospital so if I did have a scan there he can just go on there and retrieve the results but stated that I would make his staff do more work to track me down in order to get the needed medical record in case he was to continue treating me in the future. I again stated that I could leave if this was still an issue. He then turned away from me and grabbed some items off of a shelf and angrily stated "No I can do it." He turned to me and told me to take a seat and that moment I stated " I don't feel comfortable moving forward with you" and I informed him that I would notify the person that referred me to him how he treated me." Then I walked out the door. This behavior really bothered me and makes me wonder why this would make a chiropractor so angry unless he utilizes this signed release of medical information unethically, which makes me question this whole practice.

He is a very good chiropractor, he takes the time to listen and I recommend him. He is very honest and when there is something that is beyond his reach, he refers the patient to another doctor.

I started going to Linn Family Chiropractic about one month ago due to long term back problems. From the very beginning Justin Linn is very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt that he truly wanted to get to the bottom of my back pains in order to help me in the long run. Justin was able to provide several great exercises, stretches, and techniques that I am able to use on a daily basis to improve my back and prepare for a half marathon. Justin was also able to work around my work schedule to make sure that I was able to get an appointment each week and took the time to address all of my concerns.
