Dr. Alandi is a family wellness chiropractor. She believes a person can most fully inhabit their body-mind through awareness. She uses breath, postural positioning and stretching, along with tissue work, cranial sacral technique and traditional chiropractic adjustments to guide the body through its integration. Dr. Alandi Stec received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West (graduating with clinical honors) and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from San Francisco State University (earning honors of Phi Beta Kappa).
