As the mother of 4 adult children and 3 beautiful grandchildren, I have enjoyed a very active life. I have been teaching nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits for 25years and so live them personally through running, cycling, swimming and working in the garden. I believe strongly in staying current with the ever changing information regarding nutrition and health and so continue my education yearly. I have also published a book on homeopathy entitled "First aid and Beyond" A Handbook of Homeopathic First Aid for Active Adults and Families.Dr. Lanzarotta graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1982 and established her practice in 1983. She has been continuously in practice since that time in the Sierra foothills and Roseville.
