Having played division I volleyball and basketball myself, and now with 20years exerience as a Physical Therapist, I want to help middle and high school aged kids enjoy thier maximum potential as an injury-free athlete!As an athlete myself, I know how frustrating an injury can be. But with the knowledge to recognize an injury early on, know exactly what to do about it, and to know if it's safe to push through the pain - you'll be spending less time covered in ice packs and more time doing what you love (and doing it better!).
