I feel so fortunate to have found Infinite Healing Center! They developed a plan to treat my neck injury and they continue to assist with my recovery. The staff is very friendly and always super helpful. I hate to think of where I would be without them!

I would like to share with you a wonderful team of doctors & staff. I am referring to Infinite Healing Center located in Mesa. They work as a team and determine your needs. I made an appointment for an acute pain in my upper back. I knew when and how it happened and had a general idea on what treatment I needed. My first appointment went great. The front office staff were amazingly kind. They took x-rays, I talked with a the PA about my symptoms along with other basic aches and pains I had. I had a great adjustment from Dr. Tanoj Bhakta. At the end of my appointment I made another appointment and was told the staff would be getting together to talk about a care plan going forward. My next appointment came, I was greeted again by the very nice front office staff. I went to the back and began going over my x-rays. I informed the nice women helping me that I was feeling better and looked forward the my adjustment. Then it all went downhill. Dr. Tony Rodriguez came into the room to discuss a "treatment plan" based on absolutely nothing that I needed. He talked about joint pain, and nerve pain that I didn't have. He talked about spine correction that I "needed", injections that I "needed", and ultimately told me I needed to come in three days a week for weeks. I told him that I appreciate his time and maybe one day I will need that, but I came in for something specific and the first adjustment had helped. At that point his entire demeanor changed and he told me that I wont find any benefit here and he can refer me somewhere else if all I want is to come in sometimes. He basically told me to go somewhere else unless I follow his made up care plan. When he tried to tell me that I wont get any benefit again except for "some pain relief", at which point he stopped and said, "I guess that is some benefit" . I scoffed and told him that's why I'm here. He then told the nice office worker some quick "2x2" care plan and stormed out of the room without another word. I was absolutely disgusted by his childish behavior when he didn't get the response he expected. He tried to take advantage of me and I can only imagine how many people have gotten overblown care schedules just to squeeze money out of them. I then had another great adjustment, said thank you to the office staff and told them I wont be making another appointment. I could have seen myself and my family coming back to this office it wasn't for the doctor trying set me up as an atm.

Great practice! The front office staff are very kind, personable and warm which puts me at ease from the moment I walk in. Dr. Rodriguez is great as well and makes me feel heard with whatever may be new and what my health goals are. I am so thankful for the pain relief I get with their care because it keeps me doing the activities I love. Thank you all for being amazing!

Thank you to the terrific staff at Infinite Healing! The team were patient, kindly, helpful & so considerate with me today. I returned to my treatment after a lengthy vacation & horrible illness. I was not feeling too well but wanted to get back into my treatment. They were all so kind & helpful! They are a great, caring treatment team with patience & consideration!
