Jocelyn is the Clinic's founder and director. For 40+ years she has dedicated herself to developing and refining the practice of Conscious BodyWork, which resulted in the evolution of NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) - a revolutionary modality in the field of bodywork and rehabilitation. Jocelyn's training and experience in the multiple modalities of neuromuscular re-education, educational kinesiology, Native American and Hawaiian Shamanism, and Chinese physical therapy (called Tui Na) has led to her deeply subtle understanding of the intricacies of inducing change toward healing and a more integrated function. This combined study informed the development of the unique approach of NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR). Over her long career she has lectured at national conferences as well as taught practitioners nationwide.

NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) assesses and rebalances coordination dysfunction, the source of 90% of persistent physical aches and pains. Developed by Jocelyn Olivier over the last 40+ years, NMR has proved singularly effective in getting results when all else fails. Stress Reduction Massage, known here as Conscious BodyWork Massage (CBW), focuses on improving muscle quality and metabolic efficiency; it works with conscious attention and intention to change the body from the inside out and the outside in. Brain Function Facilitation (BFF) turns down the body's stress response and reprograms the deeper layers of our body's operating system involving contra-lateral coordination, focus and comprehension, and fixated hyper-arousal of the sympathetic/stress side of the nervous system. Balanced brain function results in greater ease and equilibrium, allowing for full recovery and restoration of pain free range of movement, equilibrium and a positive emotional outloook.
