The first time I met Dr. Mento he said to me that a drop of water creates a ripple. He knows what he’s talking about! I’ve never had such effective treatment. This is the first time I’ve been to a chiropractor that hasn’t “cracked” my neck. After the first treatment I felt such a huge difference. I'm 53 yo and have had migraines since I was a child. In 2017 I had neck fusion and started having vertigo. I've been to 3 chiropractors and to vestibular therapy twice, but it didn't seem to help. I've been coming to Dr. Mentos now for about 3 weeks and I can not believe the difference in my symptoms since my first atlas adjustment. My brain fog decreased significantly, I don't have debilitating neck pain and for the first time in a very, very long time I feel fantastic. Although I did have another vertigo episode over the weekend, it was short, less severe and I was able to go to work the next day, which has NEVER happened, usually I'm bed bound for 3-4 days afterward. I'm so, so, so thankful Dr. Mentos is in our area and accessible. Very relaxed atmosphere, Megan is so kind and attentive, this has just been such a great experience and I finally have hope again.

I didn't know what an atlas was or that I had an atlas until I met Dr. Mento at Harmony Chiropractic. It is the small bone just under the base of your skull, and it's position affects everything! I have never been a fan of being "cracked" or forcefully manipulated into alignment and this is the opposite of that. With skill, sensitivity and deep understanding of the spine and body, Dr. Mento is able to gently guide the spine and supporting muscles into alignment. My first treatment was mind blowing! It may have been the first time in years that my spinal fluid was free to flow where it was needed! I felt euphoric and clear! I am committed to optimal health, that is truly our great treasure, and after 12 weeks I am so grateful for the many improvements. I have way fewer headaches, hip pain, shoulder and back pain. I actually have improved mood and energy that is sustained and continues to improve. Im 61 years old and wish that I had found this much earlier on. The whole team at Harmony are wonderful people who really care. They are family to us now, a vital part of our health journey. I have had pretty severe neck issues related to old injuries and at my age (60's) the issue was getting much worse. I've been to several chiropractors over the years with no real improvement until I met Dr. Mento. I signed up for the care plan in November of 2024 and I am happy to report that Dr Mentos care has made all the difference in the world. I would recommend him to anyone with neck or back issues.

Dr. Mento is one of the best doctors around. He learned his chiropractic technique from the developer of the actual technique. The knowledge definitely expresses itself on his patients. I came in very hesitant, but after the first adjustment I realized he is one of the greats. I am currently studying chiropractic and he takes a lot of time out of his day to teach me all about the profession. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
