We are no good to others if depleted. Taking care of self is a priority. Claire also knows that in today's world of technology many people lack the human touch which is essential for life and health. Her gift is to bring a professional healing touch through customized massage or energy work.Hands In Motion is a locally owned massage therapy company since 2009 that services the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
