If you're looking for ultimate relaxation, improved health and healing or to re-energize and rejuvenate; you've come to the right place. I am an Exercise Physiologist, a Specialized Licensed Massage Therapist (licensed in New York State and California), Reiki Master and a Certified Yoga Teacher that ensures a unique experience as well as being committed to your comfort and satisfaction. Currently, I am NOT taking new clients, unless you are referred from a healthcare professional. Once I obtained my B.S. in Exercise Physiology, I went back to school for Massage Therapy so I could incorporate the two fields. I received my NYS Massage Therapy License in 2004 and began working in the physical therapy field immediately. I then created For Your Well-Being because I found I wasn't keen on working for other people. Since then, I have continued my education and received certifications as a 200-hr Yoga Teacher, 28 hours in Traditional Thai Massage, Reiki Master, 15 hours in Yoga for PTSD and 40 hours of SUP Yoga Teacher. I moved from New York to Ventura back in 2014, and immediately started over with my business. I worked for a few chiropractors in the area and started building my client base again. With all of my hard work and determination to fulfill my dreams as a healer in this community, I opened up an office on the East end of Ventura.
