It is a privilege to have the opportunity to serve our customers as they achieve their health and fitness goals. We strive to be the best in the health and fitness industry. My wife, Kelly, is a 2006 Olympic Bronze Medalist. Her life experiences in the fitness industry have propelled our fitness programs to be the best in the area. Our goal to to create an empowering experience while meeting our clients where they are and introducing them to new possibilities. Bumps in the road occur, we have all experienced them, our team of highly educated, caring, professionals will help you navigate those bumps and enjoy the process. We welcome all folks where they are on their journey of health and fitness and strive to have fun during the process. Please come in and visit, we look forward to meeting you!Experience Momentum was created from a vision to establish a space for people to be educated, supported and empowered in their lives to do things they may have never thought possible. We wanted to build a space that would give people a new goal or a vision to strive for, and allow them to "experience momentum" towards those goals. We hope to inspire the people who come to EM and help them play full out in every area of their lives.
