Dr. Ellis is the owner of Evolved Health Chiropractic & Sports Medicine. Being an athlete his entire life, he developed an interest in anatomy and nutrition at an early age. His Practice focus's on conservative management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions relating to not only the spine and pelvis, but the extremities as well. Dr. Ellis is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and a Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Prior to obtaining his doctorate he attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received a Bachelors in Science. Dr. Ellis has additional training in Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, and Performance Movement Techniques. In his free time Dr. Ellis is an avid weight lifter and has competed in many bodybuilding shows. He also enjoys cooking, and hiking with his dogs; Oliver and Titan.Dr. James Ellis wishes to enhance the health and performance of patients through conservative, evidence based care.
