For the past 10 years, Dr. Carl Baird DC, MS has been working with people aged 40+, teaching them how to overcome pain through better movement and increased strength. His educational, strength based approach to medicine has helped 100's of people regain strength and confidence in their body even when all other therapies have failed. Along with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Dr. Baird has earned his Masters of Science in Exercise Science and completed a post graduate fellowship in sports medicine. His background in movement, fitness, and sports medicine gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to keep active, strong and doing what they love - without pills, injections, or endless doctor visits. Frustrated by a healthcare system that places profits over patients - Dr. Baird opened Evolve Performance Healthcare to provide an educational approach to medicine that empowers the patient to achieve sustainable pain relief.After working in traditional chiropractic clinics right out of school and seeing the same people come in with the same problems month after month - Dr. Baird slowly felt the urge to provide more than temporary relief and start making bigger impacts on people's lives. He opened his clinic, Evolve Performance Healthcare, to further his mission of helping his community build the strength and confidence to live active, healthy, and happy lives - regardless of age. Over the last 10 years, his educational, strength based approach to medicine has given hope to 100's of people who had come to accept pain as part of their life and given confidence to those who believed they would have reduced mobility for the rest of their life.
