Dr. Provenzano is one of the areas only Doctor of Chiropractic and Doctor of Physical Therapy. This extensive and unique educational and clinical experience affords him and his staff the ability to treat a wide array of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions such as joint replacement/repairs, sports injuries, arthritis, tendonitis, sprains/strains, headaches as well as neck and back/spinal conditions. We'll begin with an extensive evaluation including a thorough history, orthopedic and neurological examination. If further imaging studies such as x-rays are necessary, Dr. Provenzano will be able to refer you for them and we will work closely with your referring physician if needed. Our staff will then implement a personalized treatment plan to fit your individual needs in an attempt to regain your maximum functional ability and independence.
