Nathaniel’s one-on-one healing sessions and group workshops are designed to create a container of safety for anyone who struggles to feel safe in their body, with emphasis on the BIPOC community and those who have been historically othered. Nathaniel centers his practice around discovering what the body wants and needs in order to en- courage its natural ability to heal. He empowers each client to be in full agency in their own body and to trust in self, in the body’s wisdom and in the ability to assert boundaries. Working with the chakra system from the root to the crown, Nathaniel teach- es his clients to ground their energy within a safe container and to come into greater self expression, joy, sensuality and vitality. He focuses on grounding meditation, healing breathwork, stimulating the parasympathetic autonomic response with deep tissue integrative work, range of motion opening, pain relief and rocking: all designed to feel good in the body.

Have you ever had someone pay close attention to your body? Do you ever have tension in your high use areas? Nathaniel has been working directly with body's for over 12 years. With over 700 hours of training. And many variations of bodies that have crossed his path you can rely out his informed touch. He will asses your needs end combine his skilled understanding of the human anatomy with his understanding of intuition. Each session with him is unique to your body's need. Meaning no one session may be alike. As your body shifts he will follow your lead. Most people come to him for deep tissue work to help resolve pain and discomfort in the body. He has had a lot of success getting release in lower back and hips. But shoulder and neck pain won't be missed. All accompanied by a soft, soothing relaxing quality of touch. When In need. Give Nateur a chance to move your body from its current state the place you need to arrive to move in your bodies with freedom and maximum comfort.
