Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with all of the services offered especially the personal trainer. Kait has really helped us with strength training and balance. I would highly recommend their 8 weeks to wellness program.

Everyone here is very warm and welcoming. Scheduling is easy. Kathy has been helpful in getting me headed in the right direction for healthy eating. I have lost 15lbs and still working on more. Dr Nick is very caring in addressing and accommodating your needs.
Kait has been the best for the pain I've been dealing within my lower body for the last 3+ years. She's caring, listens to your needs and modifies where needed to help you reach your goals. My goal is to be as pain free as possible at my age. I have up and down days but have seen much improvement from sleep to daily walks that I haven't done in so long. And my painful spells recover alot quicker than they have in the past. So thankful for this group. Look forward to getting back my life pre injury.

I signed up for the Black Friday Shock Wave Therapy and they were very thorough in explaining everything and were not pushy at all. In my opinion the recommended amount of treatments and overall price were a little steep for me but I am still trying to figure out a way to fit in my budget, maybe after the holidays and I did feel some relief the next day from the treatment. Overall it was a positive experience.
