Dr. Valerie Girard, DC

Dr. Valerie Girard saved me from an over year long chronic TMJ jaw alignment issue. My bite was off and I was miserable when it came time to chewing my food. Clicks and all! Dr Girard had me fix my problem by the second visit! I’m forever in debt to her fixing me. Dentist and Orthodontist WAKE UP and think/refer outside the box! It would have saved me time, money, pain, and suffering! Thanks again Dr. Girard!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Girard in my time of need. I recently had abdominal surgery and was still suffering from post-op pain so I was fearful of going to a chiropractor. Due to a tremendous amount of low and mid back pain I asked my acupuncturist for a referral and without hesitation I was referred to Dr. Girard. I have been cared for in every way that I needed. Not only did Dr. Girard manage to gently relieve all of my back pain, she also got me on the road to a full recovery. I now have more energy, I'm sleeping well and I once again feel like myself. I'm sharp and focused. I have my life back. I have to honestly say that what Dr. Girard did for me in only a few sessions is nothing short of a miracle.

People are generally surprised when I tell them that my chiropractor made a huge difference with my seasonal & year-round allergies, but it’s true. In the past, allergists gave me harsh nasal sprays and prescription medications, merely treating symptoms rather than root causes. Working with Dr. Girard, she’s helped me along the natural path to becoming someone who “used to” have bad allergies. She also has helped me quite a lot with neck tension/pain and stress management. “Small things add up to health” is a mantra we like. I am happy to leave this review because Dr. Valerie Girard has genuinely improved my wellbeing and quality of life, and I am thankful.

Honestly nothing short of a miracle Valerie has only worked on my body a handful of times. When I first went I was skeptical that she would be about to make any inroads on my bone on bone arthritis in my knees. Not only has she made my day to day (and sleeping) life pain free, but she’s also worked on other areas where I have pain. I can’t say enough about how my only wish is that I had gone to her sooner. I was having hip pain about a year ago and didn't want hip surgery so I went to Valerie Girard to get laser on my hip. She used laser but she also adjusted my hip and aligned me (and did some massage too). I went about 6 times in a 5 week period then didn't go for about 10 months. I was doing very well for those 10 months but then I started getting pain in my hip again so I went back to Valerie recently. I am so happy with the results I'm getting again! I recently had a week where I had NO PAIN in my hip at all. Now when I do tweak my hip (like by tripping over my cat) I have a little pain but nothing like it used to be. I just go back to Valerie and get aligned again - get a little laser and get adjusted - and I'm fine. She's very intuitive too I believe. She knows what my body needs. I'm very happy with Valerie Girard and highly recommend her.
