My professional and personal philosophy is to provide lifelong chiropractic care to active individuals and families who wish to take a participating role in the promotion and preservation of their health. My passion lies in educating people as to the tremendous health benefits of making responsible proactive decisions, and I encourage families to regularly participate in positive activities such as yoga, being outdoors together, massage therapy, and chiropractic in order to advance their current level of health and to prevent sickness and diseaseWe opened the doors of our clinic in Stapleton Plaza in December, 2010. Since then, Dr. John has finished his Pediatric Training and wellness children visits have been a very popular service in our clinic along with expecting mothers seeking alignment during pregnancy. He provided chiropractic services in many professional athletic functions including the Colorado Rapids, The Crossfit Games, USA Judo and Weightlifting. Dr. John is a volunteer chiropractor of the Denver Rescue Mission for the past 7 years.

I happened upon Dr. Steffens when I was lying down on a heating pad in pain at a friend's house. She told me about Dr. Steffens and how she had just started going to his practice. I went home and called the office. I was able to get in within two days. After the first adjustment, I felt nerve pain relief and could move with a fuller range. I have been going to see Dr. Steffens weekly and it has helped my back pain tremendously. He is caring, a great listener and a healer. He is a steadfast chiropractor who works scientifically. I am very happy I am working with Dr. Steffens and I highly recommend his practice.

I first came to Dr. Steffens at the beginning of August, I had fallen and could hardly walk or move my neck. I was in so much pain. I have done a 180 from when I started. I am so grateful Dr. Steffens figured out what was wrong and started treatment immediately. Dr. Steffens listens and always wants you to get better, he does whatever he can do to help you with treatment and with equipment that you need to continue your care at home between appointments. Dr. Steffens wife is so nice, they both are great people and I am so grateful I found The View Chiropractic.

My family has been going to Dr. John since I moved back to Denver 8 years ago. As a person that never did chiropractic care prior I had no idea the benefits. When I was pregnant he ensured my body hips were aligned and ready leading up to my delivery of both of our kids. Our 4 year old has been getting adjusted since he was a newborn. Dr. John is so knowledgeable and I feel 100 times better after seeing him!

I'm so glad I found a great doctor for my kids! I have been looking for a pediatric chiropractor near Central Park and the Northfield area. Dr John has been very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He is great with my kids! They actually like going to get their treatments. We have seen great improvments in their overall behavior. We will continue seeing Dr John for wellness chiropractic as a family, especially now that my oldest started sports, we want to make sure his spine is checked regulary. I highly recommend Dr John to all the parents looking for a family chiropractor for kids in Denver. Also, we love that it's a family business run by him and his wife. And the view of the city and the mountains are amazing!

It was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and Dr. John made the whole experience informative, comfortable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain how everything works—how back issues can stem from various factors and how the body works as a whole. The combination of at-home exercises and a personalized adjustment plan helped me feel so much better. I'm back to normal activities and now better equipped to stay well. If you're hesitant about chiropractic care or just looking for real pain relief, I highly recommend Dr. John!
