Dr. Dominic Chan, BSc, DC graduated from UBC with a degree in Science after attending high school in Richmond. Immediately after earning his Bachelors of Science degree, he traveled to the US to pursue his Chiropractic education. Dr. Chan then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. After a brief break, Dr. Chan returned home to Vancouver to start practicing at the C.A.R.E. Clinic. Since 2004, Dr. Chan has been happy to practice in the Commercial Drive neighborhood of East Vancouver and treat hundreds of wonderful patients!Dr. Chan opened Peakform Wellness in 2015 after 10 years in clinical practice. Continuing his high quality of patient centered care, Peakform Wellness has grown to include registered massage therapy and acupuncture. Although, the practice has grown, Peakform wellness continues the tradition of fantastic care for patients as witnessed by numerous awards and rave patient reviews! We are just one block south of Broadway and Commercial Drive. The Clinic has a close working relationship with many other healthcare providers in the area including; Family Doctors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists and even mid-wives!
