Attended California State University, Northridge, San Diego State University, and Cleveland Chiropractic College - LA. Certified as an Independent Disability Examiner (IDE) in 1988. Appointed by the State of California, Industrial Medical Council as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) in 1990 following certification by the Division of Workers' Compensation - Medical Unit. Duties of a QME are to examine and evaluate injured workers to resolve disputes involving work related injuries, treatment, and disability claims by providing medical-legal reports. Fellow, International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture.Dr. Fry began his practice in Woodland Hills, CA after graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College. He practiced in Woodland Hills until moving to Orange County in 1992.
