Anita is the President and CEO of Creative Rehab, Inc. Center for Sports, Wellness & Rehab (www.creativerehab.net) and the founder of CREAT, Creative Research, Education and Training (www.creatpt.com). She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Indiana University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. While actively continuing with patient care, Anita is also involved in performing clinical research and article submission to further the body of knowledge for the physical therapy profession.Creative Rehab was founded in 1998 by Anita Davidson, PT as a home clinic and has expanded to 8 therapist in a state of the art clinic. Our mission is to provide premier physical therapy services performed only by licensed physical therapists in a state of the art facility. At Creative Rehab we evaluate and treat you considering your specific needs and limitations. Our private treatment rooms and one-to-one scheduling enhance our ability to provide you with a highly focused and quality therapy experience in a relaxed, confidential environment. From the first phone call to your last bill, our staff is committed to assisting you in your efforts to make a rapid and smooth transition through the rehab process.
