Brain Pfaff is amazing. His knowledge and understanding within his profession excels. He offers entirely different approaches of chiropractic care. More a spinal, health and wellness provider incorporating different and tailored treatments. Dr. Pfaff is compassionate, caring respectful, easy to talk with and fun, which is a welcome addition to health appointments. I feel my quality of life, pain and resolutions to my issues are genuinely important to him. I always feel so much better after an appointment. I have been very fortunate to be in his care for many years. This clinic is the best! The staff is wonderful as well. Top notch. You will not be disappointed.

I know what you’re thinking, “He’s just a chiropractor. What could he do that’s so special?!”
I literally couldn’t stand for more than an hour without EXTREME pain. It would wake me up at night and I thought the pain was going to be a part of my life forever. Within an hour, my entire life changed. A simple pop in my ankle and my quality of life drastically improved. I owe this man more than what he charges.

Celebrated 7 years with Brian Pfaff, DC this month. Previously elsewhere with many years of experience, Brian worked hard to earn his MBA and earn his patients’ trust.
The front office & clinical staff are not only familiar faces, but you can tell they are proud to be on the team. They are doing a great job of welcoming patients.
Brian is engaging and truly cares for his patients. He works soft tissue, is careful around scars, and only adjusts when it will be a success.
Blessed to have him in the Treasure Valley.

Brian is absolutely amazing and has improved my quality of life so much. He is extremely knowledgable and great to work with. He is funny, smart and a great person to be around. I recommend him to everyone who needs chiropractic help because he is that great!!! I've seen other chiropractors in the past and either they caused more issues or really didn't help because of all my health issues but Brian is different. He is in a class all by himself!!!!

Dr Pfaff is amazing. He has changed my previous negative opinions about chiropractors. He goes above & beyond to help me and is incredibly knowledgeable with a great sense of humour that sets you at ease. I'm so grateful for how he has already helped me & excited to continue working with him. Front office staff is also awesome, especially Nichole.
