Dr Palmer has been passionate about chiropractic since she was a teenager. She was experiencing health issues and was directed to visit a chiropractor. Against all her expectations, the health issues disappeared and she excelled in athletics like never before, a result she never had expected. She decided then that chiropractic would be her career, to help people achieve a higher quality of life then they had ever thought possible on their own. She attended Life University in Georgia and graduated in 1992. After getting married in 1993, she and her husband moved to Birmingham to launch their careers.Our office was opened in 1993 and has grown in the Inverness area for twenty-three years. Dr Palmer is passionate about total wellness. Being an avid marathon runner, she encourages and coaches patients towards physical activity to improve flexibility, muscle tone and injury prevention.
