I started out as a high volume practitioner (up to 100 patient visits per day) until I was tapped by what I call a Providential 2 by 4 and had the question posed to me, "David, can't you do more for the patients?" Soon after that, the practice has been changed and the focus is on the complete patient, not just the bones. Any practitioner that works in the clinics now follows this system, the results are fast and truly amazing!After 2 years practicing in California, I opened a practice in the Front Range and have been here since. We have received Best of Boulder and many Best of the West awards for the standard of care given. We treat patients with not only a corrected spinal alignment, but also therapy to balance the nervous system and hands-on muscle work. Dry Needling has been added recently to further the treatment edge.

Our approach is pure science. A Chiropractor focuses on your skeleton and nerves that serve and control everything in your body. Care and treatment of these systems lead to long term health. We provide specialty treatments such as neck & back pain relief, auto accident injury treatment, massage therapy, headache treatment, dry needling and much more! We don't stop after treating the skeleton, we also focus on nerve and muscle balance and health. Massage is also offered and 60 minutes equals 60 minutes on the table, under the expert care of our therapists.

Dr. Josh Ehrmantraut is an outstanding chiropractor with true integrity. He doesn’t upsell or push unnecessary treatments — just honest, effective care. I came in with a tweaked lower back that had caused pain for two weeks. After trying DIY treatments and losing sleep, I finally saw Dr. Josh. He immediately identified the issue and explained clearly what was going on. He also let me know I’d likely feel sore for 24–48 hours after treatment — exactly as he predicted. Now I’m completely pain-free. He’s super nice, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

Beware - Falsely charged for appointment even after explaining insurance coverage, and contacting insurance directly. The website says they work with injury claims, but really don't, and want to pick and choose who they allow in. They push contacting an attorney, and conveniently give you the name of one they work with. They do not listen to customers and falsely bill you extra without submitting to insurance. Not sure how they keep the doors open with false claims like this. Stay away.

Dr Josh is the best. I hadn’t seen a chiropractor in many years. I came to him with such a stiff neck I could barely turn it, my back was always in pain, my hips were out of placement and I was having headaches everyday from my neck being out of adjustment. After the first visit I felt a big difference. I have been seeming him for a few months now and I fell like a changed person. I don’t hurt anymore! Thank you Dr Josh for giving me my life back.
