Here at Center for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Medical Center (COR), we take a full systematic approach in treating auto accident patients. COR has been serving the Antelope Valley since 2001 and is centrally located just outside the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale. Our caring doctors have over 50 years of chiropractic experience along with 40 years of Orthopedic, Medical experience. We differentiate ourselves from other facilities by our superior customer service and experience treating auto accident cases. We have late hours to assist our patents who require evening appointments. When treating our patients, we gather a complete history and perform an extensive examination which includes, range of motion, gait analysis, muscle testing, orthopedic testing, and palpation. If x-rays are required, we have a state of the art, digital x-ray machine on premises. We review our exam findings, x-ray results, and appropriate treatment plan with every patient. By discussing our findings and treatment plan, patients are better informed as to how we are going to get them better. This ultimately assists in patient understanding what and why they are receiving the care that will best help them recover from their injuries. Some cases may require a referral to the Orthopedic Surgeon. Also, we work with local imaging facilities if MRI's or CT's are needed and for more severe injuries, pain management is available.
