He believes that mobility is the key to a quality life, and actively helps others with their personal goals to get them moving, feeling better, and recovering faster. He participates in crossfit himself, so you will not hear him telling people to "stop moving" in order to avoid pain. His desire to practice in a unique, sports-oriented way inspired him to start Catalyst Chiropractic. He is not "your father's chiropractor".
