Dr. Sean Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic on February 19th 1999 earning his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Degree. He graduated Cum Laude (Honors) and making the Dean's List 9 out of 10 semesters, Palmer College of Chiropractic is located in Davenport, Iowa. When Dr. Sean is not working he spends the rest of his time with his family. Dr. Sean is married had has two lovely children. His children are very busy with school and sports. Dr. Sean's kids are currently envolved in hockey, football, soccer, golf, dance, basketball and singing. So as you can see Dr. Sean is very busy running his kids around town when he is not in the office.On February 10th 2003 Dr. Sean and his wife opened Care Chiropractic, P.C. in Marion IA.

From my very first visits, the staff made an effort to learn my name and always greet me with a friendly smile, creating an atmosphere that is both comfortable and inviting.
Their commitment to exceptional customer service is evident in the way they work to accommodate my schedule. They are always willing to find appointment times that are convenient, and whenever I’ve been placed on a cancellation list, they’ve consistently contacted me as soon as an earlier opening became available.
It’s clear that patient care extends beyond treatment- they truly value each person who walks through their doors. I highly recommend Care Chiropractic to anyone looking for a practice that combines outstanding care with exceptional customer service.

I am a new patient at Care Chiropractic and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making scheduling and check-in easy.

Best chiropractic office in the area! I’ve had several adjustments here and they’ve always been excellent. Recently, I experienced acute back pain after a workout and was able to get in for E-stim treatment, which provided almost immediate relief. Dr. Casey is exceptional, and the entire office team is always welcoming and professional. Full disclosure, my wife works at the front desk, but everyone has been awesome!

The staff at Care Chiropractic in Marion is absolutely amazing! They always greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It’s clear they work well as a team, supporting each other to provide the best care possible.
The equipment is top-notch and really helps me feel better after every visit. The office is easy to find, conveniently located near shopping areas, and always clean, welcoming, and inviting. I also love that there’s little to no wait time—I consistently receive exceptional care every time I go.
