Dr. Jalette completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then completed her doctoral studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California in 2007. Throughout her studies, she participated in Palmer Sports Council, treating athletes in sporting events such as The Sea Otter Mountain Bike Classic and The Scottish Highland Games. Dr. Jalette performed her internship at a well-recognized sports chiropractic clinic in San Jose, California (treating many of the Ultimate Fighting Champions, World Class Ironman triathletes, professional golfers, gymnasts and more). Both of these positions gave her the opportunity to work with high-level and elite athletes of all types. Dr. Jalette specializes in Diversified Technique, Myofascial Release Technique (MRT) and is a Certified Advanced Graston Technique Provider.

Dr. Lauren is a magic maker! I ripped my hammy in Tae Kwon Do and then developed tennis-elbow a week later - I was just going to 'rub some dirt' on it and tough it out but a friend recommended visiting Dr. Lauren. I'm so glad I did as right after the first session, I felt 100% better and shortened my recovery time immensely. I didn't realize that babying a tennis elbow would make it take longer to heal and glad to learn the special exercises to work it out quickly. And she had my hammy ready for a Tae Kwon Do belt test in just 4 weeks! If you have any type of sports or or back issue, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lauren!

Dr Jalette is a fantastic chiropractor. I feel like she really listens when I explain my problem rather than making rote adjustments. She is both friendly and professional, and she really cares about her patients overall well being.

Dr. Lauren Jalette is the best Chiropractor I have ever seen. She really cares about her patients and spends a lot of time with her patients. I've had annoying back and neck issues for years and Dr. Lauren really helps me feel better. She is excellent, we are really lucky to have such a great sports Chiropractor in the Boston area! I think she would be a must for any athlete (and gym goers). Everyone I have referred to her has also been equally impressed and feeling better in no time.
