Dr. Rita Slobodian is a 1991 graduate of Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. She believes her purpose as a Chiropractor is to empower people to achieve their greatest potential of health and wellness. She strives to provide her patients with the education and the tools to help them stay healthy, after their adjustments. She encourages her patients to be active participants and decision makers in their individual treatment plan and healing process.After graduating Chiropractic College in 1991, I gained valuable experience by working for 5 years in a busy Chiropractic Healing Center in San Mateo. I ventured to Capitola in 1996 and opened BodyTime Chiropractic on 41st Avenue. After about 11 years, the economic climate pushed me to down size, and I moved to our present location in Aptos in January 2008. It seems our patients have been very happy with the location, and we love it too. We have plenty of parking, and a relaxing courtyard with a creek water feature. It makes for a relaxing environment. When our patients leave the office after their treatment, they tell me that the relaxation continues. We take a multi-disciplinary approach at BodyTime and offer Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy.
