Dr. Brooks received his degree in Health Science degree the University of North Florida (Jacksonville, FL) in 1996 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University (Marietta, GA) in 2001. He has four sons: Cameron, Dominic, Jackson and Carter.
Dr. Brooks spends most of his free time coaching his children in basketball, flag football and baseball. He also volunteers his time with many local organizations.
Dr. Brooks is currently the Team Chiropractor for the University of Miami Athletic Department. With training in sports medicine, Dr. Brooks has been team doctor for many schools and organizations which include: Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School (Hollywood, FL); Piper High School (Sunrise, FL); multiple years for the World Cup of Flag Football; Piranaz Travel Baseball Team; and many other tournaments and events in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.The practice was originally established in 1976 by Dr. Abbott Cohen in Lauderhill. Dr. Bo Brooks took over in 2003 after Dr. Cohen retired. He then relocated and expanded to the current location in November of 2015.

From my first appointment, he was thorough, professional, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and created a treatment plan that finally brought real relief. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in both my pain and mobility.

Dr. Bo Brooks is amazing. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable right away. This was my first visit to the office.
From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by the staff. Everyone was very professional, yet very warm and friendly. Dr Bo and his staff were very thorough, and knowledgeable. I came there with my Dexa Scan report so he could understand my pain. He took 2 xrays and went over them with me, He then gave me an adjustment and I got to see and feel.the relief from the massage table, how relaxing and wonderful along with the spa music that played. It was a wonderful experience. I am so happy I became their patient. I look forward to my improvement with their help an guidance. I highly recommend this practice.
