Highly recommended! Everyone super friendly and helpful. The treatment has been tremendous as I was in quite a bit of pain and had difficulty moving at all upon initial visit. My midwife referred me to Dr. Pavnica to help optimize my baby's position. I'm in my third trimester and I only started seeing her last week (three adjustments so far), but already I've noticed improvement with my mobility. Baby's position is TBD as I haven't had a follow up midwife appointment yet, but regardless I would definetly recommend any pregnant ladies giving this a chance. Dr. Pavnica is knowledgeable and passionate about her work, the price is amazingly reasonable, and the results are solid.

I have experienced chiropractic care from at least three other places and all the others were never as good as this one. They never addressed the real issues and I received basic adjustments and had to pay so much more. Dr Pavnica has been adjusting me for a couple months and has made my postpartum situation much better, plus she adjusts my newborn. I have seen a huge transformation in my baby's temperament and ability to settle in the car seat and at home. My level of pain went down significantly and I am able to sleep and move easier. The copay for my insurance is much better than what other places would charge. I was adjusted prenatally as well which helped my pregnancy experience because she is well trained.

My first visit to Dr. Pavnica was during week 39 of my 4th pregnancy. My baby was breech presentation at the time so my midwife suggested seeing a chiropractor who is trained in the Webster technique. She believed that a chiropractic adjustment could help my baby flip to cephalic presentation and also to help him engage into the pelvis more deeply. I wanted to have my baby at a birth center and they do not deliver babies in breech presentation. So, I quickly found this office and was able make my first appointment easily. Because I was so close to my due date, Dr. Pavnica adjusted me five times within a two-week span -- even on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. In that time, I received care that has truly changed my life. Dr. Pavnica taught me about what chiropractic care really is; also, after an exam, she showed me how I had weakness in areas of my body I had no idea about. After my first adjustment, strength instantly came back to the right side of my body and the sciatica I often experience was gone. The therapy I did in the wobble chair also helped to stretch and ease the tight muscles around my pelvis. By my next prenatal appointment at 40 weeks, my baby did flip and stayed in cephalic presentation until he was born at 41 weeks + 5 days. I had him at the birth center, unmedicated, and it was the easiest and fastest labor I have ever had. I attribute a lot of that success to the care I received at Billingsley's. I'm happy I found them and have now returned for postpartum care and also to help my oldest daughter with her leg pain. I've become a believer in regular chiropractic care and have been telling all my friends and family about it. If you're unsure, please give it at least one appointment. Chiropractic adjustments are quick, non-invasive treatments that can bring balance and strength back to your body. Just a few minutes spent in the care of Dr. Billingsley and Dr. Pavnica could help you live a fuller and healthier life; that's a great trade-off, in my opinion.

Going to see Dr. Billingsley and Dr. Pavnica has been a huge life change for me! I went in with a pinched nerve and I was in so much pain I couldn't handle it no longer. I learned alot that day talking to Dr. Billingsley not only about the pinched nerve but how I felt physically and mentally. I am 48 years old and I had no energy what so ever and all I wanted to do is sleep all the time. I would have numbness in both of my arms and hands, both of my legs felt so heavy like I was carrying concrete bricks on my legs, headaches and sinus all the time. I had even lost strength in both of my arms. My husband would have to help me into my truck, I had a hard time climbing stairs, and had to use my headboard to pull myself out of bed. I was so lost! After my first treatment with Dr. Pavnica I was in shock. When I left I climbed into my truck myself.
