Dr. Deb Slota is the owner and sole practitioner at Bike & Body. Dr. Deb prides herself on taking the time to connect with her clients so that she can better assist them in reaching their goals. She takes a full body approach in order to uncover the root reason for your issue. Dr. Deb is a certified Bike PT since 2012 (clinical bike fitter) and has been certified in Dry Needling since 2015. In her spare time, Dr. Deb enjoys hiking with her pup, T-bone, who is also the official greeter at Bike & Body. She is also an avid cyclist and triathlete.After practicing in the insurance-based clinical world for 12 years, Dr. Deb Slota decided to create her own space. Now in a private setting, Dr. Deb is now able to give her clients the attention and energy she has always felt to be most effective.
