Dr. Bierbrauer is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He has been in practice for 16+ years with the most time spent in Platteville, WI. He moved to Minneapolis, MN in Oct. of 2007 and opened the doors of his office to the public on November 17, 2008. He is certified in two highly effective and popular soft tissue techniques: Active Release Techniques & Graston Technique. Though these techniques originally became popular in the world of professional and amateur athletics they are extremely effective for individuals in all walks of life. Dr. Bierbrauer decided to offer a more well-rounded approach to musculoskeletal disorders by combining soft-tissue treatment (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia & nerve) in the form of Active Release Techniques with traditional chiropractic spinal and extra-spinal adjustments. Joint dysfunction is rarely, if ever, present without a muscular dysfunction component and vice versa. Therefore, to treat only one tissue type and not the other leaves not only the job unfinished but also the patient's condition unresolved. The combination of soft-tissue and joint treatment makes the care more effective, efficient and affordable.
