Dr. Rick is a native to Colorado, and grew up in Aurora. Dr. Rick felt God was calling him into chiropractic in his early 20s and has pursued that calling ever since. He has a passion for people, and for the community he serves. He attended and graduated Life University in Marietta, Georgia. While at Life, DR. Rick became the president of the Torque Release Technique (TRT) club and maintained the position for over a year. DR. Rick worked closely with DR. Jay Holder, the creator of TRT, and had the opportunity to teach hundreds of students and doctors while still a student. Due to his accomplishments with TRT, he was awarded Fellow of Holder Research Institute (FHRI). He is one of the 14 in the world to ever be awarded Fellow, and one of roughly 200 to achieve the advance proficiency rating in TRT. Dr. Rick’s why is freedom. He wants to see everyone be set free physically as well as spiritually and ultimately wants to see everyone thrive.Belmar Chiropractic was started in 2007 in the Belmar area by Dr. Dan. The practice relocated one mile south of the Belmar shopping center to is current location in late 2010. There, it retained it's name Belmar Chiropractic. Dr. Rick purchased the practice from Dr. Dan in January of 2015 and remains the owner. Our neighbors are the Wing-Stop Restaurant and Home Brew. Belmar Chiropractic will be changing it's name to Go Chiropractic within the next few years, so be on the lookout!

We specialize in pulling the brain out of fight or flight, neurologically based chiropractic care, Torque Release Technique (TRT), taking care of women during pregnancy, special needs children, and auriculotherapy. At Belmar Chiropractic, we recognize that your nerve system is the master control system of your body. You could call it your natural IT (information and technology) system. Everyone knows that if the IT system goes down, or if there in an interruption/interference to that system, things go awry very quickly! Our bodies are no different. Our natural IT system (nervous system) must "talk" to all the body parts perfectly for us to heal, and express health to our fullest potential. We realize that system can become interfered with through stress (physical, chemical, and emotional). When that system is interfered with, or stressed, the body or parts of the body begin to break down and the body begins to build itself sick. We understand that when that interference is REMOVED, the body begins to heal itself from the inside out and with that we have seen everything from something as simple as sore muscles to some so complex such as autoimmune disease resolve. (We do not claim to treat or cure any disease or ailment.) - Our focus is to get to the root neurological cause, to remove the interference, and to let the body then heal and restore itself naturally!
